I originally started getting the athletic stretch from Chris due to severe back pain, over time my back pain was gone. One day I decided to book a 75 minute massage because he would educate me on particular muscles that were causing the pain. That has been a game changer for not only my body, but my mental. I highly recommend Chris’s Monarch Experience in addition to the CBD Oil and Hot Rocks, your body will thank you and you will rest well! Whether it be pain relief or relaxation he is the man. Chris is knowledgeable of the body and educates his clients, his is very professional, punctual, and convenient due to him being mobile. He listens to your needs as a client and executes and alleviates pain with intention, and care, and gives you exercises to help strengthen your muscles to keep you healthy. 10/10 I recommend you give Chris a try, you will not be disappointed. Spa’s are nice but they don’t compare to the Monarch Experience
